IBA Tax Professionals provides tax preparation, bookkeeping, notary, financial-related services, and consultations. Services are provided based on information supplied by the client and in accordance with applicable IRS and state regulations.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Maintain copies of all tax records and supporting documents

  • Review completed tax returns for accuracy before signing or authorizing e-file

IBA Tax Professionals is not responsible for penalties or consequences resulting from inaccurate or incomplete client-provided information. 

3. No Legal or Financial Guarantees

We do not guarantee refunds, outcomes, or IRS processing times. Tax results depend on individual circumstances and IRS determinations.

4. Payments & Fees

  • Fees are disclosed prior to service completion

  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify

  • Fees for completed services are non-refundable

  • Consultation fees may be credited toward services when applicable

5. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems

  • Use website content as a substitute for personalized tax advice

6. Limitation of Liability

IBA Tax Professionals is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website, to the extent permitted by law.
